Misrepresentation and Author Responsibility
Authors submitting manuscripts to the TURKBITIG Journal of Cultural Studies are expected to ensure that all information provided regarding their academic titles, institutional affiliations, and qualifications is complete and accurate throughout the submission and publication process. The intentional provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information, in whole or in part, constitutes a breach of publication ethics. Primary responsibility for the accuracy of such declarations rests solely with the authors, and the journal assumes no liability in this regard.
The journal, its editor, and members of the editorial board act in accordance with the principles of publication ethics and accept author declarations on the basis of good faith. In the event that an ethical issue related to misrepresentation is identified, the journal reserves the right to implement the necessary editorial actions in line with international standards of publishing ethics.
