Abstract
Türkistan’da 18. yüzyıla damgasını vuran klasik dönem Türkmen şairi Mahtumkulu Firâkî’nin hikmetlerine, kutlu mesajlarına günümüz insanının her zamankinden daha çok ihtiyacı vardır. Modernitenin düşünce dünyamıza hitap etmeyen birçok savrukluğuna inat gönül dilini konuşma noktasında, kendimizle baş başa kalıp içimize doğru derinleşme noktasında, muhabbeti muhataplarına taşıma noktasında Yesevî ve Yûnus gibi Mahtumkulu’yu da asrın idrakine yeniden sunmak gerekiyor.
Bu çalışmada söz kavramı üzerinde durularak şairin vecizelerindeki ince anlamlara, söze katılan değere ve estetik bakışa kapı aralanmak istenmiştir. Bununla birlikte dil ve kültür ilişkisi bağlamında söze yüklenen müşterek anlam katmanları üzerinden Anadolu ve Türkmen sahasında bazı karşılaştırmalara gidilmiştir. Ayrıca doğumunun 300. yılı dolayısıyla UNESCO tarafından 2024 yılının “Mahtumkulu Firâkî Yılı” ilan edilmesiyle birlikte Türkmenistan’ın basın ve yayın kurumları gerek yurt içinde gerek yurt dışında muhtelif etkinlikler, şairin hayatını konu alan belgesel çekimleri yapmaktadır. Bu kapsamda konuya ilişkin pek çok ülkede çeşitli hazırlıklar yapıldığı gibi ülkemizde de son dönemde gerçekleşen faaliyetler ele alınmış ve güncel çalışmalara değinilmiştir.

Abstract
Today's people, more than ever, need the wisdom and blessed messages of Makhtumkuli Fraghi, the classical period Turkmen poet who left his mark on the 18th century in Turkestan. Despite the many strayings of modernity that do not appeal to our world of thought, at the point of speaking the language of the heart, at the point of staying alone with ourselves, at the point of deepening into ourselves, at the point of conveying the conversation to the interlocutors, it is necessary to present Mahtumkulu to the understanding of the century again, just like Yesevi and Yunus.
In this study, it is aimed to open the door to the subtle meanings of the poet's aphorisms, the value added to the word and the aesthetic view, by emphasizing the concept of word. However, some comparisons were made in the field of Anatolian and Turkmen over the layers of common meaning attributed to the word in the context of language and culture relations. In addition, with the declaration of 2024 year as the “Year of Mahtumkulu Pharaoh” by UNESCO on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of his birth, the press and broadcasting institutions of Turkmenistan are shooting various events both in the country and abroad, and documentary filming on the life of the poet. In this context, as well as various preparations have been made in many countries on the subject, recent activities in our country have been discussed and current studies have been mentioned.
